Doss Church & the Unholy Noise is an Asheville-based Americana, Folk Rock band that plays a mix of originals written by singer/songwriter Doss Church, along with a wide range of crowd-pleasing cover songs.
Doss Church is a seasoned songwriter who fuses soulful, heartfelt vocals with warm, expressive acoustic guitar. His deeply storied, personal lyrics are filled with hope found andlove lost. The Unholy Noise combines Americana, Country, and Folk Rock influences that range from the 60’s to today and delivers a sound that feels both new and old at the same time. The honest songwriting, veteran
musicianship, and electric stage presence of the entire group make for a truly moving live performance.

The Tallboys is an Asheville, NC based band that writes, records and performs original songs throughout the region. Their songs feature vocal harmonies and strong rhythmic play between the instruments with an emphasis on lyrical content. Each player is an experienced veteran: Bill Melanson, vocals/guitar/bass, toured throughout the country with The Billys, a duo with the award-winning musician Billy Jonas. Jeff Mooney, lead guitar/vocals, toured with Electric Monkeywrench out of Birmingham, AL, a top-notch jam band. James Fisher, bass/vocals/guitar, has been in numerous Asheville bands and has roots in the DC music scene. Elzy Lindsey, drums, is a New Orleans native who moved to Asheville after Hurricane Katrina. He has an extensive musical history in NOLA and here, playing a variety of styles. Eric Ciborski, keyboards, is another experienced player who can play solo or in band settings.
