Charlotte, NC singer/songwriter Josh Daniel is exceptionally talented. Among the many rare and special qualities he possesses, his passion for song-craft and dedication to his music take prominence. This dedication truly shone brightest amidst the challenges brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Josh’s unwavering commitment during the pandemic resulted in over 300 consecutive live streams, showcasing more than 1000 unique songs. This earned him recognition on Pollstar charts, significant press interest, and, most notably, raised tens of thousands of dollars for charitable causes.
These achievements are especially remarkable given that many musicians were merely striving to remain engaged or inventive during the same period. Josh’s ability to persevere and stay focused

His musical creations are a rich blend of rock ‘n’ roll, bluegrass, funk, soul, and reggae, crafting a uniquely exhilarating and unpredictable journey. He guides listeners into realms where the unexpected becomes the standard with every note.

Josh’s exceptional talents and encyclopedic mastery of music have propelled him to national recognition. He has earned coveted spots at prestigious events like Merlefest, Floydfest, and the Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion and had the privilege of sharing stage time with legendary musicians Billy Strings, John Cowan, Sam Bush and Larry Keel. In 2022, Charlotte Magazine recognized him as “Best of the Best.”

Josh’s latest singles, “Still Standing” (featuring the guitar virtuoso Charlie Hunter) and “Melody” (featuring members of the Infamous Stringdusters and Leftover Salmon), are now streaming on various platforms.
