Originally from Raleigh-Durham, NC and after dedicating a decade of her career as an international traveling singer, dancer, and actress, Fancy unexpectedly found a place to hang her hat in Asheville, NC. For almost 12 years now, she has been interwoven into the community of Western North Carolina as a singer, songwriter, dancer, choreographer, actress, model, arts instructor, and mental health professional, most notably with The Asheville Ballet, Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre, and the newly formed Asheville Music Theatre. Among many of life’s joys, Fancy is most grateful and proud to perform and create with the members of her band, Fancy and the Gentlemen: a southern gothy tonk americana fugue-based country band, having been voted “2023 Best Country/Americana Band” in the Mountain Xpress, and recently dropping their first full-length studio album, “Separate As We Seem.”
