Loggerpilz – Unfiltered Loggerbier

A traditional German Pilsner recipe hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Hallertau Mittelfruh, and fermented with an ultra rare Norwegian  “Lager-like” strain of yeast that produces beer clean & clear. Full fermentation was complete in a matter of days instead of months and then hit with a massive dry hop of Blanc, Mittelfruh, and a touch of Mosaic. Crisp, clean, snappy, unfiltered Loggerbier is what it is and we could drink these all day.
