Each batch of pilsner will feature different malts and hops. New batches coming online every 2-3 months!

Our hazy malt base recipe remains fairly constant while we switch out the hops for each batch to keep these beers fun and interesting!

Rotating Fruited Sour
Each batch of sour will feature a different kind of fruit. Depending on the fruit, the beer itself may be pale and crisp or dark and rich.

Rotating Dark Beer
The world of dark beers is vast- spanning both ale-type and lager-type beers. Expect full-bodied and rich brews for the colder months and easier drinking crisp brews for the warmer months.

Rotating Amber Beer
When you need a beer that has a bit of balance between malt and hops, you probably need an amber-colored brew! These beers will span a range of ale and lager styles but will always be brewed with a focus on balance and drinkability.
