Based on the Helles style, this beer features Pecan Smoked Wheat Malt, which brings an intriguing yet subtle smokey character and creamy mouthfeel.  Reminds one of bread baked in a wood-fired oven.  A restrained dose of Saaz hops brings a zesty, floral balance to this food-friendly beer. *Brewed on our small batch pilot system.
